LEAD Professional Development Program: 9 month member only program high potentials and middle managers who are interested in elevating their career to the next level
Executive Leadership Forum: Executive Leadership programs are designed to appeal to high-level executives by offering events and programs in a close-community format to promote women in executive technology roles and they run quarterly.

Our Needs

DFW*ATW launched the GREATMINDS initiative more than ten years ago as a step to fulfill its mission of encouraging women and girls to enter technology fields. GREATMINDS (Girls Reaching for Education about Technology and Moving in New Directions for Success) is an outreach to encourage young girls to pursue careers in STEM through community programs. Our mission is to inspire and educate young girls to learn about opportunities in STEM, especially disadvantaged and low income students. Funding to support scholarships, camps, one-day events, after-school programs and more, is needed.

Mission

DFW*ATW is a vital non-profit organization committed to increasing the number of women in leadership and strengthening the pipeline of girls entering technology fields. Our members are women and men who support women and girls in technology, spanning the 5 generations currently in the workforce.
