Greater Cleburne Carnegie Players

A nonprofit organization

Greater Cleburne Carnegie Players has been active and vital as the Community Theatre in Cleburne, Texas and its surrounding area since 1980. Carnegie Players has brought Broadway entertainment to Cleburne. It serves as an educational organization. Numerous young people have learned acting/theatre techniques on the Stage with Carnegie. Several of these are now active in theatres in New York and all the way across the USA to California.
Carnegie Players is and always has been a Volunteer organization. There are no paid actors. This Community Theatre maintains an organization that creates "family." And that family endures throughout the years.

Our Needs

Greater Cleburne Carnegie Players remains a Volunteer organization - providing entertainment at a fee level that continues to be affordable. As sets, back drops, royalties, costumes, theatre rentals, production supplies, publicity and publications and all surrounding costs continue to rise there is a growing need to raise funds to keep this Community Volunteer organization vital.
