Two 7-year-old girls. Two different journeys. One place where incredible moments happen. 

For Emma, born with a rare congenital condition, one of those moments is the special salute she shares each time she sees the surgeon who has cared for her since she was a baby – a simple tradition that reminds her of her strength. 

For Octavia, diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma, it was ringing the bell that marked the end of treatment surrounded by a care team her mom described as “sunshine.”
