Arlington High School Alumni Association

GIVING BACK TO AHS - IT'S WHAT WE DO!
Since 1996 the AHS Alumni Association has existed to support and protect the spirit, pride and tradition that is Arlington High School. Our history is filled with giving back to AHS. The giving started with donations to A.I.S.D. Education Foundation and in 2003 we awarded two $600 scholarships. In years 2019, '20, '21 and '22 we awarded 10 scholarships valued at $1500 each. In 2023 we increased scholarship awards to $2000 per student. Over the years we have added support for AHS student groups and faculty. To date, we have given back over $225,000 in scholarships and support for AHS. Thank You Colts and Fans of AHS!

Our Needs

OUR GOAL FOR 2023-24 is to increase our support of Arlington High School. We plan on continuing our level of scholarship awards to AHS Seniors, but our long range goal is to increase the value of these awards. Last year scholarship awards totaled $20,000. In addition to scholarships we support AHS campus groups - fulfilling special requests. We love AHS teachers and we support teacher appreciation events annually. Our gifts to AHS come from Membership fees, Scholarship donations and from the support of local businesses.
