The Help Show brings new and emerging voices as well as perspectives from inside the world of mental health. NiEtta Reynolds hosts it. With 5000, listeners and growing, with a mission to educate and vocalize mental health in Dallas and beyond, we are a resource for those that are struggling and recovering from mental health challenges. We are a community resource for people in Dallas. The Help Show Gives practical resources that are local and a consistent podcast since 2017.

The podcast's mission is to educate and inspire by sharing valuable mental health insights.

Each episode features candid conversations with influential figures, from authors and clinicians to executives and leaders within the recovery community. Guests openly share mental health journeys and firsthand experiences, and listeners receive valuable insight!
