Mission
The mission of Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains (GSTOP) is to build girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. GSTOP serves more than 9,200 girls across North and West Texas. Every girl, whether she's starting her journey or stepping into her power, deserves the chance to go wild with her potential and lead.
