We are providing families that have gone through cancer treatment with their child, an option to escape from the experience and enjoy some family time away from the hospital. We want this to be a celebration of what they have accomplished and not have to worry about the cost. After going through and paying for treatment, many families are left with very little, let alone enough for a family vacation - which they most likely need. We aim to alleviate some of that stress and help them relax as a family together.
We have just recently started our charity and are in need of funding. All funding has come from family to this point and we want to take this charity to the next level and reach out to as many families as we can this year. We are hoping to send 5 families on vacations this year at an average cost of $5000 per family.
We provide children, up to the age of 18, who have finished cancer treatment, a vacation of a lifetime. We provide the funds and travel experience to book the family on a once in a lifetime experience of their choice.
