Cornerstone NCT exists to walk alongside our Neighbors facing hardship—whether that’s job loss, housing instability, or a family crisis. Through practical support and personalized case management, we help individuals and families regain stability and hope.

What We Do:

Weekly Case Management: Helping Neighbors budget, job search, and access resources—while also providing financial support to help bridge the gap and get them back on their feet (and stay there).
Seasonal Programs: Back-to-School Bash, Cornerstone Christmas, and more.
Community Classes: Life skills workshops for teens and adults.
Cornerstone ReSale Boutique: Proceeds support our programs, and our Collective section features handmade goods from local vendors.

Mission

Cornerstone NCT's mission is to empower our Neighbors in need through comprehensive services and relationships to create a cycle of empowerment.

The approach of walking alongside families, teaching them skills and providing resources is a key component of Cornerstone. Each Neighbor's situation is unique and so is the solution to their needs. Cornerstone goes beyond the immediate crisis to assist our Neighbors with long term action plans that will position them for future success.
