To Get and Keep First Responders Mentally Healthy
A mentally healthy First Responder can be more impactful to their work in protecting and serving, without the interference of trauma, fear and past experiences. The goal is to remove the roadblocks and create a path of success.
We exist to walk the path of accountability and treatment coordination with all First Responders, including fire, police, emergency medical technicians (EMT's) and others, who need help with anxiety, depression, suicide, PTSD and addiction. We help develop positive mental health by incorporating programs with culturally competent counselors (understand the challenges and experiences), nurse practitioners, peer support, resiliency, and education in a customized treatment plan. It is our goal after completion of our program that First Responders, and others, will experience total healing from the debilitating traumatic effects caused by protecting and serving their communities.
