The “I Have A Dream” Foundation of Dallas believes every child deserves the support and opportunities to succeed in school and beyond. From the moment students join our program, we provide consistent mentorship, academic support, enrichment experiences that broaden horizons, and a scholarship to help them pursue higher education.
Our Dream Scholars gain confidence, explore new opportunities, and grow through hands-on experiences, group activities, and leadership opportunities within the program. They learn the value of helping others and supporting their peers, building leadership and teamwork skills within the program.
Dream Scholars develop life skills, gain confidence, and prepare for the future. For nearly four decades, IHDF Dallas has been a steady source of encouragement and opportunity, helping young people see what’s possible and pursue it with confidence.
The “I Have A Dream” Foundation – Dallas empowers children from under-resourced communities to succeed in school, college, and career.
We provide consistent academic, social, and emotional support from elementary school through college, along with postsecondary tuition assistance helping young people build the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to reach their full potential.
Dream Scholars deserve access to the academic support, enriching experiences, caring mentors, leadership opportunities, and resources that help young people thrive. However, these opportunities are not equally available to every student, which is why “I Have A Dream” Foundation – Dallas provides long-term support and expanded opportunities for our Dream Scholars.
