Ardyn Hope is a nonprofit organization rooted in the belief that every young person deserves the support, tools, and opportunities to thrive—no matter their circumstances. We specialize in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and equity-centered programming that uplifts and empowers system-impacted youth, young parents, and their families.
Founded and led by those with lived experience, Ardyn Hope was created to bridge the gap between traditional systems and the holistic supports that young people truly need to succeed. We serve youth and young adults across Dallas County and North Texas, particularly those navigating teen pregnancy, homelessness, mental health challenges, and justice system involvement.
This North Texas Giving Day, our fundraising efforts are entirely dedicated to our signature program: I AM ME.
I AM ME is Ardyn Hope's signature trauma-informed Maternal Mental Health & Resilience Initiative designed to improve emotional well-being, strengthen protective factors, and connect expectant and parenting young adults with the education, support, and resources needed to build healthy families.
The initiative supports expectant and parenting adolescents and young adults as they navigate pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, parenting, mental health, and life transitions. Through evidence-informed education, interactive workshops, peer support, resource navigation, and community partnerships, participants build resilience, strengthen parenting and life skills, increase self-advocacy, and improve access to mental health and community resources that promote long-term family stability.
