Save Monarch Butterflies!

One of the coolest conservation programs we have not just saves Monarch butterflies, but it improves the health of the people who live around the butterflies. We help restore local habitat with native plants that the butterflies literally cannot live without AND we work with communities like in the Mexican mountains, where we help install patsari stoves. These stoves eliminate almost 100% of the smoke indoors from traditional cooking, helping reduce diseases in the community like asthma in children and lung cancer in mothers. Huge bonus: these efficient brick stoves use 50% less wood, which reduces the logging in the forests where ALL the Monarch butterflies in North America spend the winter.
