Ashley's Fundraiser for The King's University

There was a season when going back to finish my degree made absolutely no sense. We already had two daughters in college, and adding my tuition to the mix felt impossible.

But I knew God was leading me to take that step. So I applied to The King's University and trusted Him to work out the details. When I received a ministry scholarship, I knew it was His confirmation that He would provide as I walked in obedience.

Bachelors of General Christian StudiesChoosing to go back to school changed the course of my life. The ministry scholarship helped make that possible and became a tangible reminder of God’s provision as I followed His leading. Today, I have the privilege of serving as Director of Advancement at The King’s University, helping other students pursue what God is calling them to do.

Some of our students are coming straight from high school. Others are returning to school later in life, just as I did. Each one has a unique story and a God-given calling. For many of them, scholarships make the difference between putting that calling on hold and stepping into it.
