In 2025, 371 lifelong learners progressed through MINT's professional development programming, and 135 educators were enrolled and trained in 11 AMI courses. With the support of supporters, advocates, and previous alum, over $135,000 was given through scholarship awards to nearly 40 scholarship recipients!

As many of you know, MINT trains educators who guide children in developing strong skills in academics, leadership, self-discipline, responsibility, and independence. MINT's graduates create learning environments where all children can succeed, develop their full potential, and become capable, connected adults who contribute to the world.  

Research shows that Montessori preschool helps under-performing low-income students keep pace with their higher-income peers, narrowing the income achievement gap. All children are capable of becoming resourceful lifelong learners - we want all children to have access to this transformative education! Our students and graduates are teaching now in public and private schools in North Texas and beyond, including in public Montessori programs in Dallas ISD, Grand Prairie ISD, Austin ISD, and more. 

With the help of our Alumni, your donations will provide:

• Scholarships for future Montessori teachers and financial support for future Teacher Trainers
• More training courses to meet the demand for trained Montessori educators, with creative course schedules for working students such as public-school teachers who can’t leave their classrooms to take the training
• Community resources such as educator mentoring, free Parent-Infant classes for families, and Professional Learning Communities to support classroom teachers 
• Continued support to students that will walk the same path as we once did!
