Our Mission

Since 1991, Prestonwood Pregnancy Center has provided confidential and compassionate assistance to women in the Greater Dallas Fort Worth area.

Our services are offered free of charge and include‚

- Lab-quality pregnancy testing and confirmation for Medicaid

- Ultrasounds to determine the viability and dating of a pregnancy

- Medical services from certified technicians, nurses, and doctors

- Pregnancy options counseling in a safe and supportive environment

- Life skills classes designed to equip new parents for success
