Mission

The PTSD Foundation of America-DFW Chapter is dedicated to mentoring combat veterans suffering with post-traumatic stress. Our mission is to bring healing to our military community and their families through counseling, and peer mentoring; to raise awareness of the needs of the military community and to network with government agencies, churches and the private sector to build a united "Corps of Compassion" to meet the needs of the military community on a individual and family level.

Needs

Volunteers of all skill levels and backgrounds are always needed!

Gift cards and in-kind donations are also welcomed!

 We assist Veterans and families in need with grocery store cards, gas cards, or even clothing store cards when facing financial or other difficulty.

 Restaurant and local business gift cards for Warrior Group meals and functions are greatly appreciated.

 In-kind donations can be utilized to support our Annual Silent Auction and BBQ Cook-Off, to support our Veterans directly and for our Warrior Group functions!
