Voices of Change (VOC) is one of the longest-lived and most distinguished classical music ensembles performing new music in the United States. Now celebrating its 52nd Season, our Goal is to raise $10,000. VOC fills a unique niche in the music world by performing small ensemble works by 20th- and 21st-century composers. We exist to encourage and preserve the impulse of musical creativity and imagination through live performances, educational outreach programs, and the commissioning of new classical works from living composers.
Our Needs
Ticket sales do not cover the operating costs needed to present four season concerts, produce programs and other concert publicity materials, hold school workshops, and sponsor our Maria Schleuning Young Composer Competition. Funds are also needed to commission new works by living composers and to make recordings of each concert. We simply cannot thrive without the generous support we receive from our patrons, and we are most grateful for whatever size gift you can make.
