Who We Are

Everyday, we encounter youth, young adults, and families who are searching for hope, direction, support, and meaningful relationships. We are committed walking alongside these people with compassion and unwavering faith. As our community continues to grow, so does the need for organizations that are committed to developing people, strengthening families, and creating opportunities for success.

At Harvest Ministries, we exists to see life transformation in Christ and develop godly leaders in our community who harvest ministries where they are. However, reaching those goals requires resources that allow us to reach more people and provide greater opportunities for growth and development.

We desire to be a church that would be missed if we were not here, based on the impact we've made in the community. Through local and global missions and outreach efforts, we have provided the resources families need that will result in positive outcomes for the rest of their lives. We know our efforts are far from over, but below is a glimpse into what we're able to accomplish last year.

Annual Report 2025

  • Developed and deployed 168 people to serve inside and outside our local church.
  • Discipled 243 people through 18 Bibles studies, classes, small groups, and events helping people lead in their homes, jobs, and communities.
  • Connected with 256 children and adults every week through corporate discipleship while providing a space for connection and belonging.
  •  Provided a safe and nurturing environment for 140 preschool and elementary-aged children through a weeklong summer camp.
  • Gave $74,251 towards missions and outreach efforts that includes food insecurity initiatives, local and global church planting, and neighborhood events drawing people out of isolation into community.
  • Provided 1,272 weekend food bags to two elementary schools.
  • Provided 338 high school students with food and snacks for their families through our in-school marketplace.
  • Provided 312 families with free produce and groceries through our monthly mobile food distribution.
  • Provided 250 teachers and staff a meal during our annual appreciation lunch.
  • Gave away 100+ backpacks to children in need to ensure they're prepared to go back to school.
  • Gave $7,846 through benevolence efforts to help with rent, utility, and other needs-based assistance.
  • Raised $5,082 to be used towards the move and care needs of an adult special needs facility in our community.

The funds raised from North Texas Giving Day will help us:

  • Expand youth leadership and mentorship programs that build confidence, character, and purpose.
  • Provide educational resources, scholarships to conferences and camps, and developmental opportunities for children and students.
  • Support community outreach initiatives that serve families through school supplies, community events, food assistance, and practical support programs.
  • Create safe and positive environments where youth and adults can learn, grow, connect, and thrive.
  • Equip volunteers and leaders with the tools necessary to effective serve and impact others.
  • Remove financial barriers that prevent children and adults from participating in life-changing experiences and programs.

Our goal is to raise $100,000 to ensure that the opportunities remain accessible and continue to expand throughout our community.

This investment is not simply about funding programs. It's about helping people find hope, strengthening families, developing future leaders, and creating lasting change for generations to come.
