Texans for Vaccine Freedom is a nonpartisan, member-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to protecting the constitutional rights of every Texan, including informed consent and the freedom to make personal vaccine choices.
We believe that medical decisions belong to individuals and families, not government agencies, employers, or institutions. When that line is crossed, it is not just a healthcare issue. It is a freedom issue. Texans for Vaccine Freedom exists to make sure that line is never crossed without a fight.
Our work spans three pillars: education, advocacy, and mobilization. We educate Texans on their legal rights, including the right to informed consent, the right to refuse medical interventions, and the right to make personal health decisions free from coercion. We produce resources that are factual, accessible, and built for real families navigating real pressures in schools, workplaces, and healthcare settings.
On the advocacy front, we monitor legislation in Austin and respond when medical freedom is under threat. We have fought against vaccine mandates, pushed for transparency in public health policy, and stood alongside Texans who have faced discrimination for exercising their rights.
And when it is time to mobilize, our member-driven network shows up. From the Texas Capitol to local school board meetings, our members are equipped and ready to make their voices heard.
Medical freedom is not a fringe issue. It is a foundational one. The right to make informed, voluntary decisions about your own body and your children's bodies sits at the heart of personal liberty. We are here to protect it, defend it, and pass it on to the next generation of Texans.
