R.E.C. Treatment Center (Rehabilitation • Education • Community) is a nonprofit behavioral health organization dedicated to helping justice-impacted adults overcome barriers to recovery, stability, and long-term success.
R.E.C. Treatment Center was created from the belief that every person deserves access to quality care, regardless of their financial circumstances, criminal history, or life challenges. Our mission is to provide affordable, evidence-based substance use treatment, education, counseling, and recovery support services that empower individuals to rebuild their lives and strengthen their communities.
We specialize in serving adults affected by substance use disorders, involvement with the criminal justice system, probation or parole supervision, incarceration, and reentry into the community. Through a combination of individual counseling, group treatment, recovery support services, and educational programming, we help clients develop the skills and support systems necessary to achieve lasting change.
To increase access to care, all services are available virtually throughout Texas, reducing barriers such as transportation, employment schedules, childcare responsibilities, and geographic limitations. As a nonprofit organization, we also offer income-based fees and reserve treatment opportunities for individuals who might otherwise be unable to afford services.
In addition to outpatient treatment services, R.E.C. Treatment Center partners with local governments, courts, probation departments, and community organizations to expand access to recovery resources and reduce recidivism through evidence-based intervention and support.
Our name reflects our mission: Rehabilitation, Education, and Community. We believe recovery is about more than overcoming substance use—it is about restoring hope, creating opportunities, strengthening families, and helping individuals become active, healthy members of their communities.
Together, we are turning barriers into bridges.
