The PYT Society is committed to transforming lives through diabetes education, advocacy, and community support. We partner with individuals and families affected by diabetes by providing education, practical resources, and programs that empower them to take control of their health while reducing the risk of long-term complications.
Through a comprehensive approach, we provide diabetes education classes, kidney health and nutrition training, youth and family support, emergency glucose management education, diabetes resource kits, and community outreach that connects individuals to the care and services they need.
Guided by our core values of Empower, Educate, Advocate, and Elevate, we strive to reduce health disparities and ensure underserved communities have access to quality diabetes education, prevention resources, and ongoing support. The PYT Society is committed to empowering youth, women, and families impacted by Diabetes Mellitus through education, advocacy, and access to essential resources. Our mission is to provide practical, real-life tools that support effective blood sugar management, promote kidney-conscious nutrition, and help reduce the risk of long-term complications such as Chronic Kidney Disease.
Through community-based programs and support, we aim to equip individuals with the knowledge and confidence to take control of their health and improve long-term outcomes.
