Pregnancy Help 4 U offers pregnancy and reproductive health services and education to women and men, including pregnancy testing, sonograms, STD testing and treatment, and parenting classes. The clinic, located in Keller, TX, had 4,139 client visits in 2025, and over 30,000 since its inception in 2011.
Often, women are unprepared for pregnancy due to inadequate support or health concerns. At PH4U, we offer peace of mind by providing medical consultations and verifying pregnancies with a Nurse Practitioner. Our education program focuses on developmental milestones, infant care, parenting basics, and more. The STD program promotes reproductive health by testing and treating the top two common sexually transmitted diseases, and by educating clients on avoiding exposure to infection. Throughout all of our programs, we seek to equip men and women to make healthy choices and empower them to create a parenting plan that benefits parents and their babies.
All of our services are free, confidential, and non-judgmental to women and men of all ages, race, and income level. We also provide material assistance (such as diapers, wipes, and formula), pre- and post-pregnancy counseling, proof of pregnancy for Medicaid, doctor referrals, adoption and maternity home referrals, and other community resources.

We are a pregnancy medical clinic that provides free medical services and education for all options regarding unplanned pregnancies. We are here to walk alongside moms and dads throughout their journey and educate, equip, and empower them to find hope and success.
Every day, women and men walk through our doors facing one of the most important decisions of their lives. They are looking for hope, answers, and someone who will walk beside them without judgment. At Pregnancy Help 4 U, we are honored to be that place.
Because of the incredible growth in our community, PH4U now serves more than 200 clients each month. To meet this increasing demand, we purchased and moved into our own building in 2024, a significant milestone that allows us to expand our medical services, parenting education, Fatherhood Program, counseling, and life-affirming support for families across North Texas.
While owning our building has positioned us for long-term growth, we still need the support of generous donors to help reduce the remaining building balance while ensuring we have the medical equipment and resources necessary to meet the growing needs of our clients.
Many women come to PH4U believing they have nowhere to turn. Often, the first time they see their baby's heartbeat is during a sonogram at our center, a life-changing moment that brings clarity, hope, and the confidence to choose life. We also provide Abortion Pill Reversal services for women who regret taking the first abortion pill and are seeking a second chance, along with parenting education, fatherhood mentoring, STI testing and treatment, counseling, and essential baby supplies.
