Pecan Valley Centers is strengthening rural mental health care access by building a new 10,000 square-foot mental health outpatient facility in Granbury. With your help, this clinic will expand capacity to provide comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health services, including substance use support, to rural individuals and families.
Approximately 70% of our clients do not have a dedicated funding source to pay for services. Across our six-county region, your support can help us:
Address more social needs among clients that impact overall health, such as housing, transportation challenges, and food insecurity.
Expand our crisis services program by hiring more case managers across our six-county region. These case managers stabilize and support those in crisis anywhere in the community when they call our mental health hotline.
Grow our support groups and resources for families navigating mental health and IDD challenges.
Provide financial, mental health, and substance use support for a rural veteran in need.
Expand community outreach and education to raise awareness of potentially life-saving services.
Continue to provide engaging activities and social outings for clients staying at our respite homes and for those with IDD living in our group homes.
