About Us

Enlisted service members make up 80% of the military. They lead teams, operate complex systems, are technically skilled, and perform under pressure. But when they leave the service, they're largely on their own — and the system that's supposed to help them is underfunded, overstretched, and built for someone else.

NextOp was built for them. Since 2015, we've placed over 6,400 veterans into meaningful employment through one-on-one mentorship, career coaching, and individualized guidance that helps them past the dangers of chronic unemployment and underemployment and into meaningful careers where they can thrive.

Since expanding into North Texas in June 2024: our team has recruited, developed, and placed over 250 veterans into careers with average starting salaries of $70,000.

When you give on North Texas Giving Day, you're funding that pipeline. You're funding a veteran's first real shot at financial security and a future their service deserves.

Awards: 2025 Distinguished Service Award for veteran organization of the year, The City of Fort Worth
