About 88.9 KETR
Since 1975, the primary function of listener-supported, non-profit 88.9 KETR has been to provide our community with news, information, ideas, culture, and citizenship that will benefit our community and inspire it to grow, learn, and prosper.
KETR’s 100,000 watt FM signal can generally reach nearly 80 miles in all directions out from Commerce, TX. The quality of the signal can sometimes be affected by topographical anomalies like lakes or hills, but KETR’s been heard consistently in Hugo, OK, Canton, TX, Garland, TX, Mt. Vernon, TX, and all areas in between.

- How will I get my tax receipt? When you give on NTX Giving Day, your receipt will come from Communities Foundation of Texas. Once your donation is processed, you will automatically receive a printable on-screen acknowledgment and an email receipt for your 100% tax-deductible donation. Sometimes receipts get caught in spam filters so if your receipt does not arrive within a few minutes, check your junk mail folder. As a service of East Texas A&M University, KETR provides local news, emergency information, public affairs programming, Texas music, and community storytelling that informs, enriches, and strengthens the region we serve.
