At Grace, we believe every woman deserves to feel strong, healthy, and supported. Our mission is simple: to help women thrive mentally, physically, and spiritually. 

What started as a desire to support women navigating life’s challenges has grown into a community rooted in connection, compassion, and the belief that when women are supported, families and communities grow stronger.

Why focus on women’s wellness?

Many women spend their days caring for others, balancing work, family, and the constant demands of daily life. In the midst of it all, they often set aside their own well-being. Over time, this can lead to stress, anxiety, isolation, and burnout, affecting not only their health but also the people they care for.

Our free community-based programs create opportunities for women to learn skills and access resources to take charge of their well-being. We believe everyone deserves access to wellness education and support without having to choose between meeting basic needs and caring for themselves. That’s why we provide our community programs free of charge.

Supporting the health and well-being of women

Behind every workshop, every conversation, and every resource are the people who make this work possible: volunteers who serve, partners who support the mission, speakers who share their expertise, and donors who invest in the health and well-being of women right here in our community.

Together, we create spaces where women feel empowered to care for themselves, build relationships, and thrive in every season of life.

This North Texas Giving Day, your support is more than a donation. It is an investment in women, families, and healthier communities.

What your gift can do

• $10 – Provides 4 self-care kits to help women rest, reflect, and recharge.
• $50 – Provides educational materials for 25 participants in wellness workshops and at-home learning.
• $100 – Provides space for 10 free wellness workshops in the community.
• $500 – Supports the Grace Women’s Wellness Fair, providing free health screenings, vaccinations, mental health support, and other resources to women and families in our community.
• $880 – Sustains one Women’s Support Group for an entire year, providing a safe space for women to build confidence and navigate life’s challenges.
