Foster Kids Charity needs your help to make Christmas 2026 a season of joy, hope, and meaningful memories for foster children and youth in our community.
This holiday season, we are focusing on creating special experiences for young people who have faced significant challenges and need to know they are valued, supported, and remembered. Through several Christmas programs, we will bring together foster youth across Dallas and Fort Worth for moments of celebration and encouragement.
Your support will help us provide:
1. Breakfast with Santa for Foster Teen Moms and Their Children
We will host a special Christmas breakfast for foster teen mothers and their children, creating a welcoming environment where young mothers can celebrate the holiday with their little ones. Many of these young women are navigating life independently, experiencing housing instability, living in shelters, preparing for motherhood, or raising children while continuing their education and building their futures.
The event will take place at a Dallas café that creates employment opportunities for youth with special needs, allowing us to support an inclusive community partner while creating a meaningful holiday experience.
The celebration will include foster teen mothers and their children, from newborn babies to toddlers, for a morning filled with breakfast, activities, laughter, and Christmas memories.
To make this event special, we need support for:

2. Christmas Outing for Foster Youth in State Care
We will provide a special holiday outing for foster youth currently in state care, giving them an opportunity to enjoy a positive experience, build connections, and celebrate the season with their peers and supporters. Funds needed to pay for a night outing & gifts at the Movie Grill at $2500 total cost.
3. Holiday Gifts for 50 Foster Youth
We will provide Christmas gifts for 50 foster youth who may otherwise experience the holiday season without the joy of receiving a gift chosen especially for them.
Your gift will help us buy gift cards, gifts and Christmas joy! $7500 needed for gifts ($150 per teen).
