The Fannin Behavioral Health Leadership Team, a 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2019, is dedicated to improving mental wellness and behavioral health outcomes in Fannin County. In 2024, we adopted a new name, Community Well Texas (CWTX), to better reflect our expanded scope, team structure, and programs.
Our mission is to create an environment where individuals of all ages feel comfortable seeking behavioral health support and can easily access the resources they need.
Our vision is a healthier, more resilient community, where mental health services are coordinated and accessible to all. With values rooted in collaboration and community, we work through a broad-based coalition and special teams to enhance the effectiveness of local behavioral health services.
