The CHF Mentorship Program is a 10-month transformational journey designed to help girls ages 10–17 step into their power, dream bigger, and lead boldly. Each participant is paired with a dedicated mentor who walks alongside her throughout the entire experience—offering guidance, encouragement, and accountability.

Through monthly mentoring sessions, hands-on enrichment activities, and real-world exposure opportunities, our girls build confidence, set meaningful goals, and discover new possibilities for their futures. The program concludes with our Annual Recognition Ceremony, where each participant is celebrated and awarded her CreateHER Certification—a symbol of growth, achievement, and readiness for what’s next.

CreateHER Certification Journey

Our certification is built on three core phases:

Leadership Development
Girls explore identity, self-esteem, body image, etiquette, leadership skills, mental and physical wellness, professional development, and community service—learning to recognize their voice and value.

Educational Readiness
Participants engage in college exploration, academic enrichment, and S.T.E.A.M. learning (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math), helping them connect education to future opportunities.

Financial Literacy
Girls gain essential life skills in money management, budgeting, and financial decision-making, empowering them to build a stable and successful future.

College Initiative: C4Her

C4Her (ChallengeHer, CultivateHer, ConnectHer, CelebrateHer) expands our impact by exposing girls ages 13–17 to college campuses and higher education experiences. These visits broaden horizons, spark ambition, and encourage girls to pursue post-secondary education with confidence.

Research shows that only 58% of girls from underserved communities graduate high school—our work exists to change that narrative through exposure, mentorship, and consistent support.

Mission

Our Mission

Create Her Foundation empowers girls ages 10–17 by providing personal, educational, and financial resources through mentorship and enrichment programs. We are committed to equipping young girls with the tools they need to grow into confident, capable, and purpose-driven leaders.

Needs

We are raising funds to support the following critical program needs:

1. Mentorship Program Operations

Funding helps us recruit, train, and support dedicated mentors who walk alongside each girl for a full 10-month journey. This includes mentor training, program coordination, curriculum development, and ongoing support to ensure high-quality mentorship experiences.

2. Enrichment & Leadership Experiences

Donations provide monthly workshops, leadership development activities, guest speakers, and hands-on experiences that build confidence, communication skills, and personal growth.

3. College Exposure & Field Experiences (C4Her Initiative)

Funds support college campus visits, transportation, meals, and programming that expose girls to higher education pathways and expand their vision for the future.

4. Financial Literacy & STEAM Programming

Your support helps us deliver essential life skills training in budgeting, money management, entrepreneurship, and STEAM education—equipping girls with tools for long-term success.

5. Annual Recognition Ceremony & CreateHER Certification

We celebrate every girl’s journey with a powerful end-of-year ceremony that honors their growth and achievement. Funding helps cover venue costs, awards, certificates, and celebration expenses.

6. Program Accessibility & Scholarships

We are committed to ensuring cost is never a barrier. Donations help provide scholarships, program supplies, uniforms/materials, and transportation assistance for families in need.
