We are happy to help families that are physically or financially disabled from maintaining the exterior of their homes. A home is a source of pride and when a family cannot maintain it they get sad and the neighborhood can suffer. Often times it is beginning the decline on a street. We help homeowners that are single parent, grandparents caring for grandkids, elderly couples, or otherwise unable, become proud of their home again. We have replaced rotten wood, freshly painted the exterior, replaced a roof, and removed overgrown plants. We made a positive impact on 70 streets in our area. It is very rewarding to help a family when they didn't think anyone would help them. Often times once our improvements are made the neighbor regain pride in their home as well.
We don't just do exterior home repairs we also help educate our youth. We award 5, $1,000 college scholarships to Seniors in High School.
On a monthly basis REALTORS®️ host BINGO Games at 2 Assisted Living Homes in Arlington and Mansfield.
The average cost of exterior home improvement project is $4,000 to $7,000. We have spent as much as $12,000 on a project. Our Community Service Foundation spends on average $5,000 on projects. We are looking to help more families this year!
The purpose or purposes for which the corporation is organized are to support and strengthen the community through charitable donations, volunteer work, education, and charitable housing initiatives. The corporation is specifically authorized to develop and implement grant and/or loan programs to rehabilitate, repair and beautify real property, including privately owned real property, provide disaster and relocation assistance programs for natural disasters and displaced persons, and other programs consistent with such purpose."
