$85,000 Goal

HHM Health is a patient-focused community health center whose service lines include family medicine, women's health, pediatrics, dental, behavioral health, imaging (mammography, x-rays, and bone density scans), a low-cost pharmacy, and the Rosewood Vision Center. We operate nine clinics in four zip codes: 75231, 75243, and 75203.

Last year, we had over 57,000 office visits in our nine health centers, providing affordable, quality care.

HHM Health is dedicated to providing barrier-free access to quality health care in our community. Dallas County is the worst county in the nation for uninsured residents. Access to affordable healthcare is one of the most significant barriers to creating a sustainable life. HHM Health welcomes everyone in Dallas and surrounding counties with barrier-free access to healthcare, no matter the patient's socio-economic background. For those without insurance, they are put on a sliding scale fee based on income to allow anyone to get quality healthcare. We are a trusted medical home that anchors a community by creating a stabilized workforce and a healthy student body and empowers families on their journeys.

HHM Health serves more than 17,000 unique patients annually. Most of our patients live in the Vickery Meadow area, with one of the highest populations of refugees in the nation. Many of these patients are vulnerable, many with chronic conditions that require regular intervention. HHM Health provides compassionate, accessible, quality care to Dallas and surrounding counties because healthcare is a human right, not a privilege. We help combat the health disparities in Dallas.

Our Needs

HHM Health is always in need of funds for:
$25 1 Child's Annual Immunizations
$25 For a Patient to Receive Medication
$50 Dental Cleaning
$100 Clinical Office Visit
$250 Four Appointments with a Behavioral Health Counselor
$500 Eight sessions with a Play Therapist
$1,000 Provide access for the uninsured for screening and diagnostic imaging ( i.e., mammogram, bone density, sonograms, and x-rays)
$2,500 Medical equipment needed for our new women's health clinic
$5,000 Allows HHM Health to provide outreach services in Dallas and surrounding counties in underserved neighborhoods

HHM Health is rapidly expanding. Last year, we opened a brand new child's play therapy room where children as young as 4 years old can get behavioral treatment, a new low-cost pharmacy that offers highly-discounted rates on prescriptions, an imaging center that provides imaging diagnostics on mammogram machines, bone density machine, an X-ray, and a sonogram.  This September, we are opening two clinics in conjunction with Dallas ISD at Thomas Jefferson High School and at the Redbird Youth and Family Center.

HHM Health is excited about new partnerships in the community, partnering with Hope Cottage and Viola's House. Both organizations recognize women's maternal health is ranked 49th in the nation. As both organizations serve women in our communities, they want additional help so their clientele can receive quality women's and reproductive healthcare. Our Hope Cottage and Viola's House clinics are slated to open in early 2024.
