Fort Worth STEAM Academy is built on a simple belief: every child deserves an exceptional education.

Based on current enrollment data, we anticipate:

• 90% of students will come from low-income households

• More than 85% will be considered “at-risk” of dropping out

• Roughly 40% will be English language learners

We’re planning to open in Central East Fort Worth, so all families in this area can access a high-quality school—without auditions, fees, or entrance exams.

What We Do:

Fort Worth STEAM Academy is a tuition-free public charter middle school opening in August 2026. 

Our academic model was designed in close partnership with local families and community leaders to deliver something better. At the heart of our school are three key pillars:

• A Joyful Culture of High Expectations: We create a safe, structured, and encouraging environment—where students are held to high standards and recognized for their effort and character.

• Rigorous STEAM Education: Students build a strong foundation in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math—preparing them to excel in high school and future careers.

• Individualized Learning: Every child receives targeted support and meaningful challenge—because we believe success should be personal and every student deserves the opportunity to grow.

Our BIG Goals:

1. All students are promoted from Fort Worth STEAM Academy, meeting or exceeding grade-level standards and enrolling in Fort Worth ISD High Schools of Choice. 

2. All students receive robust STEAM career exposure showcasing the wide variety of post-secondary options available to them.
