A Full-Circle Model: Environment, Digital Access, and Workforce Readiness
A certified IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) partner, Compudopt transforms retired tech into community advancement through a four-stage cycle:
1. Secure Device Disposal & E-Waste Diversion: We provide certified, eco-friendly ITAD services, including secure data destruction and electronics recycling for businesses and individuals. By extending hardware lifecycles, we divert hundreds of thousands of pounds of e-waste out of landfills and reduce carbon footprints.
2. Refurbishment & Community Tech Access: We close the digital divide by wiping, restoring, and upgrading computers. Rather than letting quality computers sit idle or end up discarded, we place them directly in the hands of underserved students, adults, and families who lack access to a reliable computer of their own.
3. Free & Low-Cost Internet: A computer is only as powerful as its connection. To ensure families can actually put their technology to use, we connect households to no-cost or low-cost, reliable internet, eliminating the financial barriers that keep people offline.
4. Digital Literacy & Job Readiness Training: We complete the circle by offering digital skills, tech education, and job readiness training. This combination unlocks new career paths and long-term financial independence.
