NTGD: Justice League

Hello!  My name's Alexander Theurer.  I've been part of nonPareil as an aspiring crew member from 2013 and becoming an Instructor in 2016.  My duties have been teaching crew in classes such as Digital Art 1 and 2, Modeling and several electives such as Pixel Art, Foundations of Art and Art Studio.

Throughout my +10 years, I've developed the skills in my artistic endeavors which would become my teaching attributes for crew to learn as they're preparing to go out into the real world for opportunities.  

I was like many other crew starting out with fewer responsibilities and understanding the importance of what the company strives for.  As I kept pushing forward, I gained the opportunity to introduce crew into the courses of learning topics, techniques and skills; primarily in the art field while still branching into new territory in a few occasions.

Even in the Pandemic, I still kept pushing forward for greater quality and opportunities in my occupation which led me to taking on more responsibilities as an instructor.  I was pleasantly surprised with the results that got me to where I am now because this shows I'm resilient, steady and dedicated in my job.

In every challenge, there's always a reward ahead for the work put into every aspect of nonPareil and I've put out as much effort and time to what is necessary.  And if there's areas that may need some changing to better suit scenarios for crew, I'll work around them to make sure they're met at where they are; no matter how long or short the task is.  It's an honor of putting this amount of time and care to making the best of this job as an instructor and will keep up the good work for years to come.
