Hi everyone - My name is Amy, and I am a program facilitator at Girl's Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas!

At Girl's Inc, we strive to inspire all girls to be strong, smart, and bold. We believe that every girl, no matter what her circumstances, deserves the opportunity to thrive, and we work to instill this belief in our girls.

I have had the distinct pleasure of working at Girl's Inc for the last year. In that time, I've been able to see first-hand the difference our programming makes in the lives of the girls we serve. From improved math and reading skills to a better understanding of how to take care of their mental, emotional, and physical health, I have had the privilege of witnessing our girls grow into themselves beautifully. 

Our programming works. In our last fiscal year, 81% of the girls we served reported that they demonstrate a positive sense of self, 91% showed a positive attitude toward academics, and 93% showed a willingness and confidence to take positive risks. 

Although we were able to reach over 3,500 girls during our last fiscal year, there are still so many girls across Dallas we have not able to reach and serve! With your donation, we can continue providing our programs to girls across Dallas, and even reach our goal of 4,350 girls served this fiscal year.

Together we can create a world in which every girl values her whole self, discovers her inherent strengths, achieves her goals, and enjoys lasting success.
