If you know me you know I’m dedicated to cats. Never would I have imagined that when I retired from my job I would spend hours and hours every day/week volunteering for Dallas Cat Lady. We have a new acronym in our house. CTP. (Cats Take Priority). I have been late or missed many personal events or dinners because I get a call about cat in need or I have a sick cat that needs attention. I started volunteering for Dallas Cat Lady in 2019 and to date I have fostered over 150 kittens & cats and found loving homes for all of them. I have also helped TNVR (Trap Neuter Vaccinate Return) over 175 kittens & cats. It’s not easy and it’s not convenient but doing the right thing isn’t always easy or convenient. These cats cats have no voice so the volunteers at Dallas Cat Lady need to be there for them. I can’t do this without the financial support of you.
I am just one of many volunteers who all have the same goal of protecting these innocent souls.
Dallas Cat Lady is 100% volunteers and 100% donation based. There are no “employees”. 100% of your donation goes to cats. Even a simple $5.00 donation will pay for a rabies shot! Most of our expenses are medical needs, food, and litter.
