We all get by with a little help from our friends, and at Fortress, it's no different. We depend on each other and deep collaborations across our departments to serve our community well.
Each year, we have the option to help Fortress meet its NTxGD goal by creating a friendly team competition. We say friendly, but the truth is, we get real competitive! At stake is a gift package for each of our team members that includes:
- an extra half hour of lunch to be covered by one of our Directors
- free dress day
- Sonic Happy Hour delivered to our classroom or desk
- Coco Shrimp for lunch - our favorite!
- a goodie bag curated for each of us by our Executive Director
