Emma Solstad - Junior

Hello! My name is Emma Solstad, I’m a Junior and a Social Officer on Highsteppers! Drill team is one of my favorite things I have become a part of as now I have 34 best friends! I love this team because of the lifelong friendships and many memories I have made, along with the community inside and outside of the team. This team has given me a great support system, an outlet to express myself creatively, and has built my love for dance.  As well as the school spirit when we perform at football games, I mean there is nothing like walking onto the green field during halftime and hearing all of the student section cheering for all the hard work you’ve put in. Drill team has definitely created me into the young woman that I am today and has helped me learn how to be a leader and organize a team effectively. Your donation means so much to me and our team as it helps support many events that we do like Spring show, being able to participate in contests, exploring future dance opportunities, learning from incredible people, and much more!  Your donations would be greatly appreciated!
