Our innovative career and leadership development program gives teens a unique opportunity to earn a monthly income while gaining hands-on experience in various areas of the publishing world.
Our teens take on responsibilities spanning social media management, engagement, marketing, design, blogging, podcast and broadcast production, newsletter creation, and project leadership.
This multi-layered approach not only improves their editorial skills but also refines their expertise in communication, marketing, and leadership. This opportunity equips them with invaluable soft skills that prepare them not only for promising careers in the literary and creative industries but also for broader opportunities beyond.
