Floyd Foster Fam — NTXGD Fundraiser

It’s the biggest fundraiser of the year for our rescue— North Texas Giving Day. We have goals and donors that match donations! Any amount helps. We are a non-profit 501(c)(3), so every single dollar that gets donated counts and saves lives. We spent $150,000 last year helping animals survive medical conditions that might have led to euthanasia in a shelter. This has allowed Humane Tomorrow to come to the rescue not only of animals, but also of our partner shelters and good Samaritans desperate to help sick, injured, or abused animals, but lacking the funds to do so. Our rescue would not exist today without donations, nor can we continue to save lives, medically treat and continue to adopt out without these funds. 

Our family is passionate about saving lives. We are often asked “how we do it,” and the simple answer is… we just do. Though it’s rewarding to grab a dog from the euthanasia list who was neglected maybe abused and give them love, it’s definitely not easy. Our hope is that one day there won’t be the need for us and the current animal dumping crisis won’t exist, but in the mean time, and 96 fosters later, we are keeping our promise to each foster that leaves that we will save another one of their “friends.”
