Waypoint Montessori

This year, Waypoint Montessori is focusing our North Texas Giving Day fundraising on four initiatives that directly support our mission of nurturing the whole child while ensuring a safe, connected, and thriving school environment.

Creating a Mature Orchard-  We are excited to transform our open land into a beautiful, fruit-bearing orchard. By planting mature trees, our children will enjoy shade and harvests much sooner, while gaining hands-on experiences with nature, sustainability, and the cycles of growth. This orchard will enrich outdoor learning and provide a lasting legacy for generations of students.

Upgrading Communication Technology- Our Guides are eager to continue improving how we document and share each child’s growth. By equipping classrooms with iPads, teachers will be able to more efficiently record observations, track development, and communicate with parents. This upgrade strengthens the essential partnership between home and school, ensuring families remain informed and connected to their child’s journey.

Electronic Signboard- Clear communication is at the heart of a strong school community. Upgrading our school’s signboard at the exit will allow us to share timely reminders, important announcements, and celebratory news with families each day. A visible, reliable signboard supports smooth operations and keeps everyone engaged.

Upgrading Our 20-Year-Old Exit Gate- Safety is our highest priority. Our current exit gate has served the school for two decades, and it is time for a reliable, modern upgrade. A secure gate ensures that our children, staff, and families are protected each day, and gives parents peace of mind that the school environment remains a safe haven for learning and growth.
