Volunteer McKinney

A nonprofit organization

As a service to the community, Volunteer McKinney helps ensure that citizens meet volunteer needs within a network of Collin County nonprofit agencies. We also help elicit and develop strong nonprofit leadership for sustainable growth and quality of life improvement. Emphasizing strategic and collaborative opportunities, we help avoid duplication of effort in the nonprofit sector.

Volunteer McKinney recognizes outstanding volunteers annually through the Spirit of Volunteerism Awards. With these awards, we strongly affirm the importance of volunteers in the community.

Since 1998, we have helped citizens volunteer with nonprofit organizations on Make a Difference Day. This annual day of service helps improve the lives of others and raises awareness of existing needs within the community.

We also provide strategic speakers, networking events, and training opportunities for Collin County nonprofit agencies at no cost to nonprofit professionals.

Our Needs
