We're connecting young students in middle school, high school and college to great careers through educational programs, skills training, internships and scholarships.
We're connecting sports, travel, hospitality and entertainment companies to the local talent they need to fill positions across their enterprises - from customer service to IT, catering, logistics and more.

The Travel & Sports Legacy Foundation. Transforming lives through tourism opportunities.
TSLF needs funds to support its operating budget. TSLF receives operating funds primarily from individual and corporate donations and grants. Traditionally the foundation has been primarily supported by donors from the Travel & Tourism Industry. The COVID-19 crisis has severely impacted the Travel & Tourism Industry organizations' budgets. Consequently, traditional funding sources have been restricted.
The Travel & Sports Legacy Foundation (TSLF) connects the Arlington community with great careers, tourism enterprises with talented people, and the tourism industry with a more sustainable and employable future. TSLF connects underserved youth to tourism jobs and scholarships and connects tourism employers with a skilled talent pipeline.
We serve youth, ages 16-24, who are enrolled in secondary and post-secondary schools in Arlington and who are interested in careers in hotel management and related tourism positions. We serve primarily Arlington Independent School District, Tarrant County College S.E. Campus and U T Arlington students.
Many Arlington students are economically disadvantaged. Tourism jobs are upwardly mobile and can be a great equalizer for persons from all socioeconomic backgrounds. TSLF is focused on closing the opportunity gap that exists in Arlington's underserved communities and addressing the workforce needs of the travel, tourism, and sports entertainment industries.
Our programs serve over 200 secondary and post-secondary education students annually. Our Career Readiness Programs include hotel internships, college scholarships, life skills and leadership development programs.
