Double Your Impact and Help More Lions…

Your gift to A&M-Commerce’s Greatest Needs Fund ensures that the University we love can direct your gift to where it is needed most. Your generosity empowers us to quickly address the financial needs of students, unforeseen challenges, and new opportunities to strengthen our ability to transform the lives of students in Northern and East Texas.

The influence of giving to this fund can be felt in so many different areas of campus, and thanks to the generosity of a Lion family, each gift made to the Greatest Need Fund will be matched dollar for dollar until $50,000 is raised. By giving today, you can double your impact on Lion Students.

Equity Statement

Texas A&M University-Commerce (A&M-Commerce) boasts a rich history of serving first-generation and underserved communities from diverse racial, economic, and cultural backgrounds. This commitment began in the 1960s, reflected in our student and faculty demographics, and the early establishment of student organizations and support services to promote a sense of belonging and support for all students during their academic journey.

In light of the 2023 Texas Legislative Session and the enactment of Senate Bill 17 (SB17), the changing legal landscape has impacted higher education institutions throughout Texas. As a leader in many areas influenced by SB17, A&M-Commerce will adhere to the law while continuing to recruit and support students from all backgrounds, with a focus on disadvantaged and first-generation students. We are committed to advancing research that benefits society, fostering cultural understanding through forums, and promoting personal and professional development via open dialogue.
