We are a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization based in Arlington, TX whose mission is fostering education through mentorship and scholarship for at-risk youth
See It Through Charities (SITC) (formerly the Bridge Builder Foundation) is a 501c3 organization. It is focused on assisting students in obtaining an education from an accredited higher education institution.
To date, the foundation has awarded over $200,000 in scholarships. We hold education as the key to present, and future overall success. See It Through Charities has managed to increase our scholarship funds donated each year since 2003. We believe in uplifting students for their hard work by rewarding them with these scholarships.
SITC also has a STEM Academy. The goal of this Academy to introduce minority youth to STEM training at an early age. We recognize STEM as an opportunity gap closer and want to encourage this as a possible future industry to our youth.
SITC also partners with another organization to support a Mentee group. This partnership matches mentees with role models and execute activities that promote teamwork, model citizenship and life skills.
Our mission is fostering education through mentorship and scholarship. In order to align with our mission, we develop and implement community outreach programs such as mentoring young men, donating Thanksgiving dinner baskets to families and presenting exceptional students who have maintained good grades and excellent citizenship with gifts on Christmas through our "Christmas Giveaway" initiative. We also award scholarships to graduating seniors in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
SITC is in need of monetary support to continue to support our uplifting programs. In addition, we are raising money to also acquire a facility to house our programs and events.
SITC is an all volunteer organization and we do not discriminate against anyone for any reason.
