Rainbow Days is committed to meeting the needs of vulnerable children and youth in our community by ensuring equal access to our services for all, indiscriminate race, ethnicity, age, gender, ability, language and culture.
Rainbow Days makes services accessible to participants of all backgrounds by providing services free-of-charge through a culturally competent and diverse staff, many of whom are bilingual. Rainbow Days actively recruits staff members, volunteers, and board members who reflect the diversity of those served. We ensure that our services are provided equitably and in culturally appropriate ways as we seek to celebrate and honor our uniqueness while focusing on a spirit of unity.
