Our Needs
Our largest need at this time is the funding for our building, to run all programs, house the rec space, and be hub for service projects and events. We are working towards a $60,000 goal to open and furnish our new lease space.
Mission
Pax Recovery Center is a non-profit sober community center providing hope and fellowship to those in recovery from drug and alcohol addictions.
Our Vision is that one day those who battle addiction, depression, and mental health disorders won't be outcasts in Society. ⁣⁣That recovery is celebrated instead of looked down upon. ⁣⁣That mothers and fathers don't have to bury their children from overdose. That brothers and sisters don't have to say goodbye because of relapse. That we change the statistics of recovery, and that we do it together. Our center will have around 4,000 square feet of open indoor rec space with game tables, lots of seating, TV's, work space, a coffee shop and some workout equipment for community yoga, crossfit and HITT classes. We will have a stacked calendar of events including things like Open Mic Nights, Worship nights, game nights, and more. Everything we do at Pax Recovery Center is done with our community in mind. Our goal is to promote health, fellowship, and aid in long term support. The PRC will be open every day from 9am - 11pm in order to provide a safe place for individuals to fellowship and recover together.
