What We Do - We strategically convene and assemble teams which gather the best research, assess and Identify key role players and address their needs. This collaborative effort accelerates efficiency and effectiveness by sharing best practices, incubating new efforts, introducing and exposing strategic National and Global contributors and establishing strategic partnerships. We seek to collaborate with like minded organizations and utilize digital platforms to accelerate communication.

Our History - Movement | DFW was first conceived in a conversation between Mac Pier, Tim Keller, and Bob Doll. They recognized that cities throughout the world were facing three common challenges. First the aging of Christianity, then the speed of growth and migration into cities, and finally the division in the church racially and denominationally. The first Movement Day Expression took place in Manhattan in 2010 hosted by Movement.org. Four Years later, at the encouragement of Key Christian Leaders in DFW that visited the initial NY Movement Days, Movement Day in Dallas was launched in 2014 as the first global expansion city of Movement.org to provide a platform for a Unified City through a Unified Church across DFW.

Our Needs

Funding is needed to support efforts for our Core Areas of Engagement:

* Reaching the Next Generation with the Gospel where Young Christian Leaders are catalyzing a global turnaround     in reaching the next generation with a Global Christian Young Leader Movement

* Racial Reconciliation and Unity where there continues to be a great divide in our community

* Battle Childhood Poverty where 31% of Dallas and 25% of Fort Worth Children live in Poverty and Food Insecurity

* Transform Early Childhood Education where only 30% of DFW Children read at a 3rd Grade Reading Level
