LGBTQ SAVES saves lives by providing youth with a place to feel socially, emotionally, and physically safe and supported. Since 2010, our organization has seen youth grow, gain self-confidence, go on to college and begin to make a positive lasting difference in their community. We build leaders who give back and act as mentors for other youth when help is needed. Our programs impact youth who think suicide is the only option and we bring awareness to the need of institutional support for ALL youth.

Our Needs

Funding to sustain ongoing staff capacity growth . This would allow us to continue to provide services such as life skills, social skills, peer support, hot meals, parent support and school supplies. We want to further our services with job readiness, education, parent and youth outreach, transportation, counseling, health services, and a drop-in center/emergency housing for youth.

Mission

Our mission is to provide safe and brave spaces for social and personal development of LGBTQ youth.

Our physical and virtual programs offer hope in the lives of each youth served.
