NTX Giving Day!
$530 Raised
What does your gift mean for infants and toddlers in Texas?
$25 - Helps to provide training on coparenting to foster parents, enabling them to partner with the birth parent in providing a safe and emotionally supportive home.
$50 - Helps improve the quality of care one child receives from the adults in their life through a scholarship to First3Years professional development programming.
$100 - Supports mentoring sessions for early care professionals, home visitors, and parent educators.
$250 - Supports infant and toddler awareness campaigns, like Baby Day! The statewide celebration to raise awareness of the significant impact the early years have on later life outcomes and celebrate this exciting period of growth and brain development.
Everyday moments of connection—like talking, playing, and reading aloud—build a child’s brain and lay the foundation for emotional health and lifelong well-being. At First3Years, we nurture the early relational and mental health of Texas' youngest children by working alongside parents, caregivers, and professionals to strengthen relationships and early childhood systems.
Since 1980, we've trained thousands across Texas in infant mental health and development, helping to ensure every child spends their first three years in a nurturing, supportive environment. Our programs raise awareness, educate professionals, and provide relationship-centered interventions—impacting over 154,000 children each year.
Support First3Years and help build a future where every child thrives from the very beginning.
At First3Years, we are committed to building an organization grounded in racial equity and guided by the Early Relational Health principle of meeting families where they are. We recognize that every family’s journey is shaped by intersecting identities, lived experiences, and systemic barriers. With compassion and humility, we engage in open dialogue that invites reflection, learning, and authentic connection.
We strive to co-create spaces of shared power and inclusive decision-making, centering the voices of those most impacted. We continuously examine and evolve our internal policies and practices to dismantle structures that perpetuate racial inequity. Through intentional learning, relationship-building, and accountability, we aim to foster trust and transformation—within our organization and in partnership with communities—to ensure all children and families have the opportunity to thrive.
